Together we create a safe space for you to feel heard.

Welcome to Audire Therapeutic Counselling

Hello, my name is Faye, I’m fully qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor.

My aim for the therapeutic process is to provide a confidential safe space which can allow individuals to feel seen, heard and valued, something that I am passionate about.

Counselling can offer you the safe space you need to explore your issues; it doesn’t provide you with solutions but can empower you to make your own positive life changes allowing you to heal, self-actualize and start on your journey of positive new beginnings.

Our sessions together, tailored to your needs:

In our sessions together I will provide a calm, warm and empathetic client-centred safe space. Our sessions will be a confidential, non-judgemental environment for you to explore your past or current issues, allowing you to feel heard, understood and valued.

My approach as an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor can include a flexible framework offering different approaches, that we can collaborate with the deep-rooted foundation being Person-Centred, but I can also integrate other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Gestalt, Transactional Analysis Therapy (TA) and Mindfulness.

I understand that it can be difficult to find the right words that match your emotions, feelings and thoughts, and can introduce creative ways that can help you explore this.

In sessions I can demonstrate techniques that can help you manage stress and anxiety when you’re not in sessions and after our therapy journey together.

Together we can collaborate our sessions in a way that best suits you.
